Fintellect & Fynl AI – Public Launch

After months of heads-down building, Fintellect Learning is finally public. It feels strange writing those words. For the better part of the last year, the project lived behind closed doors, a cycle of late-night architecture sessions with my co-founder Ava Yu, collaborations with faculty and alumni from top educational institutions across the US and Asia-Pacific, and conversations with students/families who needed something nobody had yet built for them.

Now, that something is live.

Fintellect is an AI-native adaptive learning ecosystem, built for students, teachers, and institutions across the globe. Where other "AI for education" plays bolt a chat panel onto an existing curriculum, or provide a ChatGPT wrapper for loose curriculum generation, we built a self-sustaining system that uses frontier approaches for optimal, deterministic output.

The result is a system that knows what each student actually needs, builds personalized curriculum/assignments grounded in relevant topics and formats, draft-grades work for teachers in a fraction of the time, and meets families where they are, regardless of timezone or hemisphere. As such, at Fintellect, we democratize the luxury of personalized learning, while simultaneously facilitating industry experts and providing the next-generation of underlying systems to optimize the human touch that early-education needs.

Ava and I chose to split the company along the lines of what we each love most. As Founder and Co-CEO, Ava leads strategy, growth, outreach, and partnerships, ensuring we have programs, events, and collaborations running with educational institutions and industry experts across 3 continents.

As Founder and Co-CEO on the technical side, I lead strategy, product, technology, and development, building the AI-native learning systems, web services, and educational tools that families, students, teachers, and institutions use.

Concurrently, Ava and I bring our backgrounds in finance/economics to how we reason towards goals and handle deal-making, while I bring a perspective sharpened by my exposure to the VC world on the investment side.

A few things we're proud of out of the gate:

  • AI-augmented grading that cuts teacher grading time by ~70% by eliminating the repetitive accuracy-check step, and drafting analytical, student-specific feedback in the same pass.
  • A proprietary knowledge-graph + RAG + LLM-based frontier learning system that adapts to competition prep, exam prep, and long-horizon mastery. Fynl AI is not a ChatGPT wrapper. :)
  • A geographic strategy that the West usually misses. We made a deliberate, accurate-contrarian bet on under-served international markets where education is given substantial value, families are in high-need for a kind of unseen-before future-facing education, and the existing options are antiquated or otherwise inaccessible.

We bootstrapped the platform to a low five-figure ARR with $300k+ in pipeline deals closing this summer, all in <2 months since first sale.

If you're a student, teacher, parent, or institutional partner, give it a look at fintellectlearning.com (Fynl AI platforms are invite-only for schools, teams, and educational organizations as of March 2026). If you want to talk about education, distribution, or how to actually deploy AI in a way that compounds rather than performs, reach out to ansh.a.vasani@gmail.com.

More to come. We are just getting started.

Fintellect has been my biggest project so far, and I'm excited to see where it leads us next. There's no version of the next chapter without the partners and support network we've built around our work, and for all your support, we're grateful.
